WuXi PharmaTech (WX.NYSE) has signed an agreement to establish a biopharmaceutical company in Wuxi, of eastern China's Jiangsu province.
The new firm, located in the Wuxi Outsourcing Area for Bio-Medical Research and Development,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], boasts a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and covers an area of about 6.7 hectares.
The firm will be built according to advance international standards.
