| Asylum and Immigration Chamber of the Upper Tribunal has issued two momentous decisions,jordan 2011, FA and AA (PBS: efficacy of Pankina) Nigeria [2010] UKUT 00304 (IAC) and CDS (PBS: "obtainable": Article 8) Brazil [2010] UKUT 00305 (IAC),Air Jordan Classic 82, which invest an overview of the state of the Points Based System in the wake of the Court of Appeal's decree in Pankina and others v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2010] EWCA Civ 719.
