Decide those times, take a hold of your cleaning tools and use them. <br />2. Clean in quick time fragments - Cleaning doesn't always have to be one giant project or a long session. Allocate lesser time on cleaning. Some of the best cleaning sessions I've done were all completed within just a small amount of time. Allocating ten to fifteen minutes for your cleaning is much more difficult to disrupt than a 3 hour cleaning session. It is all about wise budgeting of your time. If you just take advantage of the 5-minute or 15-minute time fragments that fall your way daily, you may never have to spend all Saturday cleaning again! <br />3.Don't give in - simply say no. Interruptions do always require our YES. The phone for example - when it rings, most people dash to get it as though they were possessed. The fact of the matter is, there have only been a few instances of emergency calls. When I'm right up on a ladder painting, or in the middle of pouring cement, and someone comes by or calls, stopping would be a real problem.
