Could the Penguins deal Malkin?
It has been reported for the last few seasons,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], often inaccurately, that the Pittsburgh Penguins would consider trading star center Evgeni Malkin.
As the Edmonton Journal reports, the Penguins are still searching for a top-line winger to play alongside Sidney Crosby, however they would probably have to swap a big contract in order to make such an acquisition
While the Journal suggests such a trade appears unlikely, it notes the Penguins could ship Malkin to the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for star left wing [link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
